Cold air frequently strikes, how can the baby prevent colds?
Entering the cold air in the north in November, it tends to be frequent, while the south is in the season of alternating seasons. The temperature changes rapidly, the temperature difference between day and night is large, and the baby with lower resistance may be caught inadvertently. How to prevent a cold?
1. Wash your hands frequently. Usually cold viruses are spread through contact, and try not to touch your mouth, nose or eyes with your hands.
2. Ensure adequate sleep, exercise properly, and improve your immunity.
3. Keep indoor air circulation. When the weather turns cold, people prefer to stay indoors, and the poor ventilation conditions are more likely to spread.
4. The diet is light, and the hot pot and barbecue food are less for the baby.
